The vision of Rao Deena Ram Vidya Vihar is to prepare its students to, 'Be a lamp into yourself.' The school respects the undivided needs of every child. India is a country which believes in the goodness of the whole human race, color, caste, rich and poor etc. The primary vision of the school is towards the welfare of the society. The school will do a lot for shaping children in this regard. There are so many possibilities for a child to grow into what he/she actually is. So there are great possibilities to undergo a change. Definitely job market requires professional knowledge that school makes in this era of money mindedness. Everybody wants to earn a lot to make his/her life happy. But the quest of money cannot satisfy an individual. He/she forgets his real duty towards the society. The school will do its best to prepare its students not only for good jobs but to realize his/her real duties towards the society also. Our Secondary vision is to prepare students to shape their own path for this complex and rapidly changing world so we will create a positive connection with the students to help them achieving independence, build confidence and gain academic knowledge. The school will encourage its students to clarify their own beliefs and values to take risks and to think and speak openly. They will be prepared to respond against prejudices based on gender, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, social-economics, status, age, physical and mental ability. We will prepare students for critical thinking skills and respect the values of honesty, loyalty perseverance and compassion. The students will get success for today and be prepared for tomorrow. Rao Deena Ram Vidya Vihar Sr. Sec. School, Haluhera recognizes each child has individual talent. Therefore all children are creative and need to succeed. Therefore we respect the undivided needs of children foster a caring and creative environment and emphasizes the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each child. Our mission is to develop young men with active and creative minds a sense of understanding and compassion of other and the courage to act on their beliefs. We stress on the total development of each child spiritually, morally, intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. So our role is to help each child comes into confident possession of his innate talents. It is the duty of the school to ensure the safety and security of each student so our school promotes a safe orderly caring and supportive environment. Each student's self esteem is foster by positive relationship with students and staff. We strive to have our parents, teachers and community members actively involved in our students learning. Our mission is to help the hopeless children by providing education life skills, values and a caring environment that will empower them to successfully together where everyone can learn and respect one another. We always try to create a positive thought our daily studies and our educational accomplishment. The school ensures that discrimination on any ground is not tolerated so the school fosters good relationship between the home and school welcoming the parents into the school and encourage them to work in partnership and harmony with the staff.
